CUSTOMER CARE & TERMS
-To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in its original unused, undamaged, unworn condition, with it’s original shoe box and packaging, please notify us within 24hours with an allowance of 7days after delivery has been made to exchange if shoes are damaged or faulty . items will not be exchanged if you are in possession of the shoes for more the 7days .
-Any items that fail to meet the return standards will not be exchanged and customer will have to pay an additional shipping cost to have the item returned back to them.
-Only regular priced items can be returned, items on sale do not qualify for returns and are considered final purchase.
Slay Shoes however reserves the right to NOT allow for exchanges of items that are limited edition or if there are no sizes or stock available for that style under any circumstance, It is the customers responsibility to enquire about sizes and stock availability before the purchase is made.
If an exchange cannot be in place, we will refund the customer with credit on that purchase on their Slay Shoes account, which will be valid for up to 6 months. Being a fast trendy company, the customer must be able to choose a style within this time. We do not offer cash refunds.
-Given that SLAY Shoes is a small business, we have to account for every pair of shoes as precious cargo , we do not offer refunds, but in the unlikely event, we do exchange for a different pair. Items must be same style and price . we do not exchange shoes or refund on SALE items .
Please notify us within 24-hours of any issue from delivery received. The items must be delivered in the 7 days from the date of exchange .
items bought by slay WILL NOT be exchanged or returned for any of the above reasons ( damaged , used , broken ,torn, ) if customer is seen posting the shoes bought on the slay shoes website ,WhatsApp or email ,on any social media platform multiple times.
-slays shoes offers overnight delivery service with a SMS tracking notification updated to your cellphone number given when the customer checks out and an order is placed , please allow for 3-8 working days for your package to get delivered to you .
-Courier delays include speed/express delivery or for any reason the parcel is not delivered on time . we will be happy to refund the courier charges but not for the actual order placed from slay shoes.
- Slay doesn’t cover any return courier costs under any circumstances , this is the responsibility of the customer
- Slay will only accept parcels that are sent with a DOOR TO DOOR service to the address given by us if there is an exchange or return to be made , we will not accept parcels that are sent to the post office , packages must be delivered to SLAY SHOES PTY must be signed by our company to the address given to you via email as SLAY SHOES , we will not accept or take any responsibility if packages as not signed by SLAY SHOES as SLAY SHOES so both customer and slay know we have receivd it, for exchanges or refunds (store credit ) whilst delivering to us SLAY SHOES if package is lost , received by someone other than slay shoes , slay will not be held responsible , tracking number and courier must be sent to us so we can keep track .
Exchanges can take up to 14days and refunds can take unto 30days
