PAYMENTS

Do you accept PayPal?
Yes we accept payment via PayPal , if you don’t have a PayPal account you can register for a new account by visiting the PayPal website at www.paypal.com.

PRE-ORDERS

When will my order be shipped ?
Once the order you purchased on pre-order arrives in to stock, we aim to send the item the next day via courier.
What happens if pre-order runs over its allocated date ?
Should this occur, we will advise you via email where you may cancel your order for a refund, await the new date automatically or choose a new pair that is in stock.
What will happen if I order items where the one pair of shoes is pre-order and the other is in stock?
We always deliver shoes that are in stock first. Later, when your pre-ordered shoes are in stock, we will immediately inform you and deliver that to you then.

DELIVERY

Where do you deliver?
Anywhere and everywhere within South Africa and worldwide.
How will I get my item delivered to me?
We will send it via express courier within South Africa; if you in an area our courier within South Africa does not cover we will use SAPO standard post. International orders, email us at bae@slayshoes.co.za.
How long will the courier take?
Please allow 2 working days to prepare you order – a total of 3-4 working days for items to reach you. However the courier should be overnight after we have prepared your package. If we have to use standard post, it’s normally 2 days to prepare your order and 4-7 days to your local post office. Slay Shoes does not cover shipping or courier charges. This excludes weekends, courier delivers on working days only.
How do I track my order?
After you have placed an order we will send you a tracking number and link you can track your package; if you need help with this please contact us via email on bae@slayshoes.co.za. Your package will require a signature by purchaser.
How do I know if my order has been placed?
A confirmation email will be sent to you from our store to confirm that your order has been placed.
My order has not yet been delivered. What do I do?
If you have contacted the courier and you still need assistance we would be happy to assist you further please contact us bae@slayshoes.co.za.

RETURNS

Can I return or exchange items?

To be eligible for an exchange your item must be in its original, unused, undamaged, unworn condition, with its original shoe box and packaging. Any items that fail to meet the return standards will not be exchanged and the customer will have to pay an additional shipping cost to have the item shipped back to them. Only regular priced items can be returned, items on sale do not qualify for returns and are considered final purchase. Given that SLAY Shoes is a small business we have to account every item as precious cargo. Please note that we do not offer refunds, but in the unlikely event we do exchange for different pair, items must the same style / price. Please notify us within 24-48 hours of any issue of item from when item has been signed by courier or picked up. SLAY Shoes will not be responsible for issues on heels after a month or two after receiving them. Items must be delivered within 7 days from date of exchange.

Slay Shoes however reserves the right to NOT allow for exchanges of items that are limited edition, or on promotion or if there are no sizes or stock available for that style. Please enquire about sizes before purchase.
